Carlo Ratti Associati Design (CRA) is looking for a **junior figure** to join the team as the Operations Officer who will be in charge of the management and optimization of operations at our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass the efficient management of the facility: the CRA headquarters in addition to the IT infrastructure, resource allocation, project locations, and general logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining the operational excellence of the workforce and managing logistics of a wide variety. A degree in engineering or architecture is mandatory for this position. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the facility at Corso Quintino Sella 26 and associated suppliers.
- Oversee contracts and the CRA Design headquarters.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, backups, computers,



software, and hardware.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources and project locations.
- Ensure seamless operational functionality of the workforce. **Qualifications and Experience**: - A **bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture** is mandatory for this position.
- Proven experience in operational management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
