Our Client, one of the most important oncological R&D; company in Italy, is looking for the**:BUSINESS ANALYST/CONTROLLER** **Posizione**:
The Business Analyst will be a liaison between the Company and key external Stakeholders, supporting the CFO/CPO in the strategic design, projects and providing him with smart economic and financial analysis and reports. The Business Analyst will evaluate potential contracts of licensing, M&A;, review current business arrangements and the financial impact on the organization. **Duties/Responsibilities**
- Evaluate contracts to understand the financial and impact of contract terms and conditions;
- Participate in meetings with external Stakeholders to provide data analytics and support future analyses that may be required;
- Conduct cost/agevolazioni analyses for potential business ventures;
- Preparation of the Business Plan, Yearly Budget and infra-annual Forecasts for the Company;
- Collaboration with Group CFO to ensure company’s adherence to all the applicable corporate financial policies and procedures;
- Analyze and synthesize complex information,



preparing insightful briefs for the CEO to facilitate strategic decision-making;
- Cultivate relationships with Stakeholder;
- Assist in the coordination of strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives;
- Craft and disseminate strategic communications on behalf of the CFO. **Requisiti**:
**Profile**
- Master Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field;
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within Investment Bank, Funds, and/or Biotech Pharma/Health care industry which represents a plus;
- Previous experience as Business Controller, minimum 2 years;
- Fluent in English;
- Extensive proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Outlook;
- Possess an excellent understanding in the areas of strategic business design, simulation modeling, analytical reporting and dashboards;
