ph3Job Description /h3 pYou will handle the daily management of accounts receivables activity against collections strategies, worklists and priorities. Your responsibilities include minimizing overdue invoice balances, applying cash to customer accounts, and processing claims and deductions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively execute cash collection in line with payment terms and process flows, pursuing overdue invoices in line with targets. /li liEnsure processes are followed to facilitate effective processing of deductions. /li liCommunicate timely and work with appropriate functions to ensure deductions are cleared or recovered. /li liEnsure prompt reconciliation of credits with deductions. /li liPartner with sales to manage their account ledger and debt. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in accounts receivable or background in finance. /li liExcellent knowledge of SAP and strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. /li liGood communication and teamwork skills. /li liGood analytical mindset with attention to detail. /li liAble to understand the wider business context.
