Join Electrolux Professional Group - as CREDIT CARDS & TRAVEL ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ABOUT THE JOB Please note THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE in our finance & accounting team in Italy. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Audit (check) Travel & Expenses claims
- Analyzes and reconciles central credit card accounts
- Upload employee files onto Concur
- Trains partners on system and process changes
- Provide Concur reporting ABOUT YOU
- Basic Accounting Principles (preferably finance and accounting degree) - experience on Accounts Payable/T&E; field is a plus
- Concur knowledge is a plus
- English B2/C1 level
- Experience with MS Office package
- International travel customs and currencies (nice to have)
- Communicative and problem solving personality
- Proactive, attentive to details and demonstrated sense of urgency in completing assignments
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines
- High levels of personal organization Ability to work in a collaborative manner in a team-based environment and able to interact with all levels of the organization REQUIRED COMPETENCES
