**Avincis** is a global leader in the emergency aviation industry and it provides services in the field of HEMS, Firefighting, off-shore and MRO. For the Firefighting area, Avincis manages the Italian Canadair fleet composed of 18 planes, owned by the Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco, and it counts on 3 operative bases. The Rotary Wing division instead has a fleet of more than 40 helicopters and 36 operative bases, mainly operating in Italian regions but also covering international operations. For our office in **Colico (LC)**, we are looking for a **RW** **Supply Chain Performance & Planning Lead** Reporting to the Rotary Wing (RW) Supply Chain Manager, the role ensures the optimisation of material and stock to meet the needs of technical operations. This includes close liaison with the CAMO, the Production Planning team and the Purchasing team to ensure parts are readily available to meet servicing schedules and maintenance needs. The Planning & Performance Lead also monitors and reports on the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations within RW through the development and sharing of appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting System Health Indicators (SHIs). **Responsibilities and Activities**: - Support the Supply Chain Manager in the integration and co-ordination of priorities, resources, performance information and indicators.
- Lead the Planning & Performance function to deliver an optimised stock based on historical consumption and the future needs of the RW business.
- In close consultation with the RW Supply Chain team **ensure practice and processes are effectively challenged** and support the identification of areas that need improvement.
- **Develop and implement a Supply Chain dashboard with a clear set of KPIs and SHIs** to drive a strong performance and delivery culture in support of operations.
- **Manage and develop systems for the provision and secure storage of appropriate statistical data **to meet the needs of Supply Chain reporting.




- **Drive supply chain planning strategies** that support maintenance material requirements with the aim of achieving significant lead time reduction, cost savings, and improvements in supplier delivery performance.
- Maintain and drive trusted relationships with the planners in the CAMO and Pt145 to ensure material requirements and lead times are understood. As the aviation sector is highly regulated, safety and compliance are of the highest priority. - Understanding of performance metrics, data management and overall business analytics.

- Knowledge of the aviation supply chain and how this supports technical operations and aircraft availability.
- Cross functional collaboration to drive process and performance improvements in material management.
- Understanding and experience with Supply Chain purchasing, policies, process, tools, regulations and protocols.
- Problem solving and creative thinking.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, and ERP systems/tools.
- **Fluency in Italian and English (C1)** **Qualifications and Experience**
- Essential Requirements:_
- **8 years of experience in global Supply Chain operations.**: - **At least 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning & Performance.**: - Strong understanding of supply chain best practices, purchasing, lean six sigma, and project improvement.
- Experience in driving to resolution supply chain issues in collaboration with suppliers and customers.
- Preferred Requirements:_
