**HR ASSISTANT &** **ADMINISTRATION OFFICER** **Posizione**:
Reporting to the Head of the General Administration Department, you will take on a dynamic and innovative role in providing important support to the department. **Main Activities** ***1. HR Department**: - Assist the Head of Department during the Recruiting process. Accomplish others HR ob assigned by the Head Department. **2. Office Maintenance and Supplier Management**: - Manage suppliers and maintenance needs, including stationery, office cleaning and invoice reconciliation.
- Keep the vendor table updated. **3. Invoice Management**: - Review invoices related to GAD and ensure they match services, products, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the FA team for payment processing. Manage the branch archive, including credit files, KYC files,



and supplier contracts. **4. Security and Facility Management**: - Support site security for the Milan and Rome offices, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
- Coordinate preventive actions for workplace safety and conduct periodical maintenance of facilities and safety equipment. **5. Policy and Reception Management**: - Manage policies and procedures, including clean desk checks, gift acceptance, and consumable ledgers.
- Handle reception duties, such as distributing newspapers and mail, and receiving guests. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - Fluent Italian, Chinese and English.
- Skilled in MS Office (word, power point, excel). **Altre informazioni**:
