_MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest and collaborative manner._
- Our team in Milan is growing and we are looking for an Engineering graduate to support the delivery of complex construction projects in Italy._
- Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee the MEP aspects on a large Data Centre construction project in Milan including:_
- _Planning effectively, ensuring project requirements and specifications are understood by all parties._
- _Ensuring the project programme is in place, escalating any issues as they arise._
- _Maintaining and tracking progress, producing weekly records for Project Management meetings._
- _Supervising site-based staff,



ensuring work is carried out to expected standards._
- _Regular liaison with clients and all stakeholders, maintaining good working relationships._
- _Producing accurate and up to date site records for reporting purposes._
- **About You**:_
- _An Engineering graduate, ideally Mechanical, Electrical or Building Engineering _
- _Strong negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills_
- _Clear and effective communication, fluent in English & Italian_
- _Ambitious, with a desire to work on large, fast-paced construction projects._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Location**: - Milano, Lombardia (required) Work Location: In person
