What you’ll do: - You will join the team of Sisal Online and in particular in the business / management CVM Omnichannel reporting directly to Gold & Omichannel CVM Senior Manager
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in omnichannel projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience with Sisal and increasing the retention and engagement of our consumers while simultaneously guaranteeing the best level of training for the retail network on all issues related to online business. Who you are: - You have at least 5 years of experience in CVM or Marketing;
- You have a degree in Marketing and Communication;
- You have excellent knowledge of Power Point;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;




- You are an excellent analytical and data interpretation skill; able to organize activities;able to listen and graspthe needs; able to work in team and dialogue with the different structures involved;
- You know sales technique, analize and solve problems, negotiate and build consensus, have an empathic approach with the customer, work towards goals and priorities, adapt situation of urgency activity. Preferrably, you also have: - Previous experience in Marketing and Events;
