Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support to end users at Carrier's facility in Legnago, Italy .

The role involves providing Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support in a shopfloor environment.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of relevant IT/Onsite Support experience
- Service Desk
- End User Services
- Field Services
- Onsite Support Services
- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Good to Have
- ServiceNow
- Cisco Meraki
- Dell Certification
- Experience supporting IT systems within a manufacturing/shopfloor environment

Language Requirements
- Italian – Native level
- English – Native level
