Technical Support Expert - Labelling

Sidel is looking for Labelling Technical Support Expert who will be a part of Product Support Back Office Team based in Mantova. Main function in the office is to secure the operational follow up & technical support of all Labellers and associated trade equipment on mechanical side. The expert could also be asked to validate internally and externally the introduction of modifications and variants of new products in the portfolio **Your Mission**: - Secure troubleshooting on Labelling and associated trade equipment
- Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, maintenance activities
- Intervention on site in case of technical issues that require a specific RCA & troubleshooting




- Support onsite for external qualification of product modifications and variants **Your Profile**: - 5 years at least of technical assistance, field experience or engineering on Labellers products
- Experience in complex machinery or field and service activities or technical assistance
- Knowledge of Sidel Labellers products (SSC / standalone) and process will be a plus
- Good reporting capability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.) **Contract Type**:
