Senior Solution Lead at Orange Business, a global network and digital integrator, owning end-to-end pre- and post-sales technical activities for complex client solutions. You act as technology strategist, shaping the bid and ensuring delivery against contract and business case. You build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners, align technology to business needs, and drive innovation across global, distributed teams.

Minimum of 5 years in a telecommunications and IT organization

Experience with ServiceNow is a plus

Exposure to Agile Methodologies is a plus

Interest in building client relationships at all levels

Proven track record in driving and positioning a global technical strategy to customers' needs

Working in geographically distributed teams

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to innovate and finding improved ways of doing things

Italian and English language required

Ability to translate technology to business and operations benefits

Degree in business, IT, or equivalent experience with a strong commitment on self-development

Strong technical background combined with financial and commercial understanding
