Euroresins, part of the Cathay Group, is one of the leading distributors of premium products to the Composite industry in the UK and Europe. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our customers as well as support the Account Managers with their daily activities for our team in Segrate (Milan). This role is full-time and fully office based. Key Responsibilities
- Handle front and back office activities
- Process and manage sales orders efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering support and assistance
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Maintain and update customer databases, monitoring order status, warehouse stock, and merchandise turnover
- Perform final customer invoicing
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Manage documentation related to commercial transactions,



including purchase orders and customer/supplier relationships **Required Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or commercial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus, preferably English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently in managing routine activities
- Desire for professional growth
