Are you a dynamic and motivated graduate eager to start your career in HR? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Junior HR Administration Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting the TLG HR Admin team with daily administrative tasks, gaining comprehensive and hands-on experience on HR-related matters. **What you'll do**: - Assist in preparing and managing employment contracts.
- Keep internal databases updated and well-organized.
- Input and verify employee data, including documentation, new hires, terminations, holidays, sick leaves, and more.
- Support health and safety activities, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Oversee and manage monthly lunch vouchers, ensuring accurate distribution to employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR topics, providing guidance and support.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes.
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and reports — no day is the same. **What we're looking for**: - Degree in Economics, Management,



or related fields with HR major preferred; an internship in HR, Administration or Retail would be considered as a big plus.
- Passion for the fashion/retail industry.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, as you’ll use both every day.
- Strong communication skills; collaborative and team player attitude with the willingness to be a go-to person for our colleagues.
