Babysitter for 7 Months Old One Hour/week and One

Hello!
We're looking for a babysitter available to build a relationship with our daughter exclusively in English through play and activities beginning in October, when our baby will be 7 months.
- In the beginning we ask for one hour a week, time during which I'll be at home as well. We can decide together when. Our goal is to maximise the exposure to the language and to find someone who'll become a trusted person for our baby and ourselves.
- After a few weeks or months together we'll probably need that person to spend more time alone with the baby: they'll have to take care of our daughter independently for one fixed morning a week (from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or less) when we'll be away from home. We can decide together which morning. Is this something you might be interested in?
P.s. We also have three cats.
