Responsibilities - Collaborate with Global Application Specialists and Technology Advisors - Build and maintain relationships across the innovation ecosystem - Conduct feasibility studies and define proof‑of‑concepts - Design and facilitate technical workshops - Act as a gate assessor for Corporate Research Center (CRC) projects - Contribute to technical documentation and innovation briefs Requirements - 5+ years of experience in industrial R&D; - Strong knowledge of energy transition challenges - Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Electrical Engineering - Ability to conduct feasibility studies and define proof‑of‑concepts - Excellent technical documentation skills - Research or academic collaboration experience is a plus - Willingness to travel internationally up to 20–30% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting feasibility studies and defining proof‑of‑concepts within the energy transition sector, supported by strong technical documentation skills and a background in engineering. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and maintain relationships within the innovation ecosystem.
