The Accounts Receivable (AR)/Collect on Delivery (COD)) Specialist is responsible for the AR/COD processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring department quality, productivity, and assisting the supervisor and administrative team in performing the AR/COD activities.



He/She may work with external vendors in identifying and correcting reoccurring COD and AR payment issues. Responsibilities include interacting with both internal and external customers daily to reduce and resolve payment exceptions. The AR/COD Specialist assists in the setup and maintaining controls to ensure procedures are followed to ensure both SOX and internal audit compliance. The position recommends, develops and implements process improvements within the function. Geographic scope of this position is U.S. and Canada. **Employee Type**:
