Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements such as:
Contracts for sale/purchase of products and services, technology transfer, SW licenses, etc;
Public procurement of services and supplies/EU funding contracts;
Collaboration agreements (e.g. Joint Ventures Agreements, RTI, Non Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding).
- Preparation and review of corporate documents;
- Legal support to internal stakeholders, particularly to handle litigation and settlements. **Requirements**: - Fluency in English (oral and written);
- Experience in prestigious and/or international law firms;
- Availability to travel;
Education
- Master's Degree in Law.
