Tailor&Fox; - your HR Business Partner - for A Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile:
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** **Posizione**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Develop a Greenfield portfolio in accordance with the budgeted volume and with the input parameters
- Manage legal, technical, and administrative tasks with support from internal and external teams
- Review and finalize contracts, including co-development agreements, land lease/purchase agreements
- Supervise/execute the whole permitting process until the granting of the Final Authorization, including the connection works and liaison with grid operators **Requisiti**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:



- 5 years minimum of proven experience in development of utility scale raw land PV plants in Italy
- Strong knowledge of the greenfield development process, including connection works and liaison with the grid operator
- Proficiency in financial modelling
- Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting to ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios
- Languages: English essential - Fluency in French would be an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field **Altre informazioni**:
