Join us and start the future! **YOUR ROLE** **Significant activities**: - Define a master plan schedule, identifying timing and dependencies between different projects
- Engage projects' CORE team to ensure regular review of critical topics at the appropriate frequency
- Evaluate preventive measures to avoid projects' derail
- Establish reactive methodologies to bring back the projects on track
- Lead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones)
- Communicate on project's progress
- Verify the conformity of project deliverables




- Ensure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures)
- Define and maintain the standards of program management
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of projects and take countermeasures in case of deviation
- Estimate constraints between number of projects and resources, enabling through structured methodologies the definition of business priorities **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Master degree in business engineering or scientific technologies
- 10+ years of experience as PMO
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
- Excellent understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget...)
- Experience in management of cross-functional, multi-sites, international teams
- English business proficiency
- Strong leadership skills
- Negotiation & networking skills
- Ability to consolidate information and effectively communicate to top management level
