The position should function as a link between sales and operation to better manage flow of information and provide efficient systems updates and service to the business
- Order entry
- Order maintenance
- Provide accounts with Linelists, Templates, photodeck and market updtaes during market to allow timing order receipts.
- Process global changes in ACS once finalized (style #, colour codes, price.
- Send Order Acknowledgement to all accounts each season and resolve discrepancies
- Chase POs from accounts and update in ACS on orders to ensure order releasing
- Process cutbacks in ACS once seasonal cuts have been finalized under direction of sales teams
- Monitor status of orders (Unconfirmed) soliciting teams to provide actions to the Status change




- Produce shipping reports regularly and monitor Cancel dates and coordinate with Sales to adjust accordingly
- Send shipping reports to Agents regularly
- Coordinate actions with Logistic (Bleckmann) to resolve potential shipping/deliveries issues in a timely manner
- RTV log update monitoring respecting the requested timeline
- Reorders log to keep updated
- Assist international accounts in providing all needed documents and support of customer service in coordination with AEs. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo determinato
