As part of a strategic Marketing & Sales initiative, we are seeking a Senior Incubation Manager to lead the exploration, innovation, and incubation of new solutions that complement our existing portfolio and unlock new market opportunities.This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who understands the complexity of our technologies and the dynamics of our global markets.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—co-creating with customers and partners to shape the next generation of energy solutions.This role can be based at any Hitachi Energy location within Europe.Drive innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling new business models, services, and solutions in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams through the incubation lifecycle—from ideation and validation to go-to-market and integrationShape strategy and culture by fostering a mindset of experimentation, agility,
and customer obsession across the organizationInfluence executive leadership by presenting data-driven insights and business cases that align with our innovation and growth strategyBuild bridges between business units, R&D;, and the market to ensure alignment with existing roadmaps while exploring new frontiersYour backgroundWe're looking for a well-rounded, senior professional with:Extensive experience in innovation management, incubation, or strategic portfolio development, ideally in the energy, industrial, or B2B tech sectorsA strong grasp of Hitachi Energy's technologies, markets, and customer landscapeProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesA track record of delivering innovation in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and influencing skills, especially at senior and executive levelsA degree in business, engineering, innovation, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plusQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
