It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. For our italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are now seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to join our fantastic team.
The Senior Indirect Tax Analyst will work on Indirect Tax planning for current business activities and new initiatives primarily related to B2B EU Indirect Tax. This position will work closely with local business partners and external tax consultants in day-to-day understanding and structuring of business transactions and report to the Global Tax Manager. Furthermore, this position will support Indirect Tax reporting, corporate compliance and any tax issues that arise for Indirect tax.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze information for filing of Indirect Tax returnsMonthly reconciliation of Indirect Tax-related general ledger accountsResearch and clear reconciling itemsResearch,
manage and track Indirect Tax refund claimsResearch and support for B2B Indirect Tax transactionsMaintain schedule of monthly, quarterly, and annual Indirect Tax filingsMaintain checklist showing completion and filing dates for all Indirect Tax filings and reconciliationsPreparation of information for any Indirect Tax amendmentsMaintain organized electronic filing system for Indirect Tax correspondence and returnsManage intrastate reportingIdentify Indirect Tax planning opportunitiesAssist in additional general tax research and reconciliation where neededPerform other related duties as assigned by management60,000 - 80,000 a yearWe offer outstanding opportunities for professional growth and career development in a dynamic, international environment, along with extensive training programs, flexible lavoro da remoto arrangements, meal vouchers, and some of the best corporate events you'll ever experience.We are looking for a professional with at least 8 years of experience in multinational environments who is eager to join our project and become the key point of reference for Italy.
