**APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: December 18th 2025** The **Human Technopole Foundation (HT)** is an interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and healthy aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational biology, structural biology, neuroscience and health data science. HT scientists work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment to help promote life science research nationally and internationally. In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT’s technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community. The Human Technopole Foundation offers an **Extracurricular Internship** opportunity within the Human Resources Team. In collaboration with the reference Tutor and the HR team, you will be involved and will provide support to all the main HR processes, with a specific focus on data analysis. **Your main tasks and responsibilities**: - Assist in the development and implementation of a talent dashboard and talent score card;
- Support with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties in HR related back-office activities;
- Support in drafting the organisational chart and keep it updated;
- Database management activities.



**Essential requirements**: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
- Fluency both in Italian and English, written and spoken (min. C1 level or equivalent). **Preferred requirements**: - Master’s Degree or post-graduate formation in HR;
- Ability to use digital tools (IT Protocol Software and SAP);
- Proficient in Excel and PPT;
- Previous experience in HR. **Organizational and social skills**: - Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details;
- At ease with data analysis;
- Hands-on approach and teamwork attitude;
- Result oriented, proactivity and flexibility;
