Sviluppo del business
- Creare e sviluppare la propria business unit
- Sviluppare e gestire il proprio portafoglio clienti Reclutamento
- Identificare e reclutare gli ingegneri che entreranno a far parte del tuo team
- Collaborare con il team talent acquistion per trovare i migliori talenti per TMC Gestione delle persone
- Gestire il tuo team di consulenti (gestione della carriera, monitoraggio e coaching) Gestione finanziaria
- Gestire il budget e i costi legati alle negoziazioni contrattuali e alle proposte salariali **What we expect from you**: - Laurea magistrale in discipline ingegneristiche
- Interesse per il business, la consulenza e la gestione delle persone
- Parli fluentemente italiano e inglese
