Your tasks:As a Senior Consultant you will support the leading local and international insurance companies on different and challenges topics like: strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the products portfolio, re-design of the go-to-market strategy.You review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking concepts.You analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear and comprehensible manner.By taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage you contribute to the success of the project as well as your own.Aside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches and articles for example in recruiting or innovation management.Your skills:Excellent university degree (MBA,
Master's degree or doctorate).After your degree you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client-centric manner and think strategically and creatively.You are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German) are a plus.
CompensationAnnual gross base salary: EUR 48,000 - 60,000 plus a performance-based premio of up to 15% of the annual base salary, subject to the achievement of individual and/or company performance objectives.Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications and skills.This position is governed by the provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Terziario / Commercio (CCNL).
