The goal is to implement models that can improve business performance in alignment with business strategies;Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management pathways,
providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation;Evaluating the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps.Come As You Are
- Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering;2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign projects, ideally within a consulting environment;leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management; an excellent knowldege of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroadYour Future With Us
