Mission Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel and Senior Director Legal Italy,



the Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic advice, guidance and support that enables the business to achieve its strategic mission in a way that minimizes legal and compliance risk for the business.

Accountabilities

Providing legal support for commercial projects, including bidding, structuring, negotiation, contracting, procurement, contract execution, contract management and dispute resolution. Ensuring the compliance with the local public procurement law in all the public contracts, including the compliance with the relevant applicable laws;
