**Description** **The opportunity** As Customer Quality Support you will cooperate with the team on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our products. **How you´ll make an impact**
- Support the customer quality team and other corporate functions to find a solution for customer complaints cases (internal and external)
- Participate to daily customer first meetings
- Support in driving the customer quality progress, early warning and escalate key issues to the next level
- Prepare investigation report and RCA analysis
- Propose improvements projects based on quality issue to reduce the warranty cost
- Support the quality team in increasing the efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis methods and reporting methodology

- Technical diploma
- Preferred previous experience (2-3 years) in electrical, mechanical, or other related technical area
- Structure thinking, collaborative and oriented to improve the reliability of the products
- Able to handle different tasks and excellent communication skills to relate to customers and other functions
- Fluent in Italian and English
