Through innovative technologies and services, Air Liquide Italy offers high value-added solutions that improve both industrial performances and environmental impact. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage all'interno della Direzione Risorse Umane, per supportare, tramite un approccio progettuale e analitico,

le attività di analisi numeriche e organizzative. Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di: - strutturare le informazioni in suo possesso per mantenere un corretto monitoraggio dei dati utili allo svolgimento dei principali processi HR (es. merit, MBO, performance appraisal ecc.)
- organizzare i dati in modo coerente e in linea con le necessità aziendali
- sviluppare analisi numeriche relative all'organizzazione
- organizzazione della reportistica vantaggioso per il monitoraggio e la gestione di KPI relativi all’area HR **Are you a MATCH?**
- laurea magistrale in statistica, economia, ingegneria gestionale/informatica o affini
- ottima conoscenza della Suite Google (in particolare Sheet)
- spiccata capacità analitica e propensione per l’analisi dei dati
