In addition, the hotel has two versatile function rooms. **About the job** Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Sales Department in Milan,



the Sales Trainee support the Team. The Sales Trainee reports to the Director of Sales. **As Sales Trainee, you will responsible for the following duties**: - To carry out general administration and coordination duties of the Sales Office
- To prepare BEO’s according to information supplied by the Sales team and distribute these to the relevant departments
- To liaise with the Sales Executive ensuring that all hotel collateral is updated.
- To conduct analysis of statistics and reports as directed by the Sales Team.
- To liaise with the purchasing department and outside suppliers with regards to departmental administrative requirements. **As**Sales Trainee, we expect from you**: - Energy, passion and enthusiasm
- Ability to present ideas in a well-organised manner
- Effective time management
- Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
