Below are the key skills and qualifications we are looking for:
**Skills and Qualifications**: - Recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Passion for marketing and CRM systems
- Strong interest in business process automation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Native-level proficiency in Italian **Nice to Have**: - HubSpot certifications of familiarity with HubSpot
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta solutions and/or other marketing platform
