**Position Type** Non-Management *** For the soon-to-open Akira Back restaurant at our WFlorence location, we are looking for Commis Hot Asian Cuisine. You will be supporting in the kitchen, specialising mainly in the preparation of hot and meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The main duties are: - Preparation of ingredients;
- Support in cooking dishes;
- Quality control;
- Maintenance of the work area;
- Assisting the kitchen team;
- Speed and organisation **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None
