With **five advanced production lines**, we are committed to **quality, efficiency, and innovation**. We’re looking for a **Production Manager** to lead operations, optimize resources,



and drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Ensure **production targets** are met while maintaining **quality & safety**.
- **Monitor production**, analyze data, and make adjustments.
- **Support shift leaders** and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage **workforce scheduling** and resolve operational issues.
- Drive **Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives**. **Requirements**: - **Bachelor’s degree** in **Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field**.
- **10+ years** in **production/operations leadership** (automotive preferred).
- Strong **leadership & problem-solving** skills.
