Valentino is looking for a CRM Intern, based in Milan. The resource will be included in the Europe Client Development Department, and will support the team in the following activities:
Maintenance of CRM data in line with Privacy regulations;
Management of data collection and data quality;
Database management in coordination with boutiques and outlet stores.
Support to CRM tools users;




Management and results monitoring of CRM programs and campaigns, sharing results and follow up actions. **Requirements**:
Master degree in Economics, Management or Marketing, Statistics or Engineering
Proficiency in Italian and/or English
Advanced usage of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
Retail experience is considered a plus
