**Temporary Position, 6 Months**
**Starting from the beginning of April 2025** **DEPARTMENT**: Artemís Spa at Hotel Artemide
**HOURS**: 11:30 - 20:00 (including 30-minute break) / 5 days per week
**WAGE**: Eur 1000/Per month The training period, normally six months, allows individuals to enter the hotel industry, providing a great opportunity to assess the aptitude and potential of trainees to perform in guest relations and reservations. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Acquires understanding and knowledge of spa treatments rates by learning the rate structures and knowing where to find the rates for each of the services.
- Confirms spa services and scheduling by greeting guests, reviewing reservations and making necessary changes.
- Achieves a high quality of guest service by answering inquiries concerning spa services and general information.
- Maintains guest confidentiality by safeguarding credit card information,



room numbers, addresses, and phone numbers.
- Organizes and maintains daily operations by relaying information, ensuring reports or supplies are ready for the next shift, maintaining the front desk in an orderly fashion This position may be required to work weekends and holidays. - Strong computer skills
- Excellent standing, excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy and availability.
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages as a plus. **Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months Pay: €1,000.00 per month
