Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is recruiting for Automotive Aftersales Operations Specialists to join their business in Italy.

We are looking for junior profiles with 1–2 years of experience to join our Automotive Aftersales team. The role covers service operations, warranty & claims, technical support, and OEM accessories management, working closely with service stations, dealers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities
- Support service station operations, KPI monitoring, service activities, and spare parts sales coordination
- Assist in service network development and aftersales on-site coordination (claims audit, training support)
- Handle daily warranty and claims processing, audits, system updates, and monthly analysis reports
- Provide technical support to dealers (online/offline), manage technical documentation, and support training activities




- Monitor market quality issues and support improvement actions
- Oversee OEM accessories development, production, installation, and testing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, including local supplier bidding and selection
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of accessories

Requirements
- Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or spare parts (European automotive market knowledge is a plus)
- Fluent Italian and English required
- Chinese is preferred
