Job Description:

Experience Required: 3 months

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes: OTR across all 48 states, primarily East of I-35, but flexible based on freight availability.
- Mileage: Average 2000-2200 miles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
- Freight: All no-touch freight.
- Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads; 40-50% live unload.
- City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Details:
- Equipment: 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
- Support: 24/7 operations specialists available.

Payscale Based On Verified Experience:

3-5 Months- $0.57

6-11 Months- $0.58

12-23 Months- $0.60

2-9 Years - $0.62

10+ Years - $0.64

Pay & Bonuses:
- Detention Pay:



$12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity; eligible the first of the month following your hire date.
