At Bending Spoons, we're building a world-class B2B sales organization—and we're looking for ambitious people to grow with it.

The Sales Bootcamp is a paid, hands-on, three-month program in Milan for a small group of students and recent graduates. You’ll learn by doing—working in outbound sales for real digital products in the Bending Spoons portfolio, guided by experienced teammates.

This is an intensive learning experience built around meaningful responsibility, continuous feedback, and collaboration with an exceptional team. You'll be part of a close-knit group of ambitious participants who challenge each other and improve together every day.

A few examples of your responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize high-potential companies using data and AI-powered tools.
- Reach out to prospective customers through outbound channels, qualify opportunities, and help build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Learn how different industries buy software by understanding customer needs, incentives, and decision-making processes.
- Keep CRM records accurate and use performance data to continuously improve your approach.
- Help shape the future of the Bending Spoons sales playbook by sharing insights and improving processes.

- Reasoning ability. You solve complex problems through structured thinking and sound judgment.
- Drive. You're ambitious, resilient,



and eager to learn quickly through hands-on work.
- Team spirit. You enjoy working closely with others, contribute generously, and put the team's success first.
- Proficiency in English. You communicate clearly, both written and spoken.

No prior sales experience is required. What we offer

- A paid, full-time, three-month program from November 2026 to January 2027 with a salary of €54,34 a year.
- Hands-on experience selling real products to real customers from day one.
