**Job Details**:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IMPORT Shipments management and updates in Transport Management System;
Verifies paperworks and completes ok to send process before shipment arrival;
Runs and checks inbound reports;
Verifies shipment arrival and storage tamperature with airline and handler;
Files the import custom clearance;
Plans and agrees the delivery with the consignee;
EXPORT
Plans collection for outbound shipments;
Defines the best routing for the shipment;
Books the flight and cuts MAWB;
Files export custom clearance;
Checks post-flight report;
Specific planning for complex and high volume shipments;
Performs Cass invoices check; REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:
Team Leader in Rome Office, Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager WORK ENVIRONMENT
