- Participate in scientific collaborations and reporting of data in technical reports and scientific journals
- Maintain required documentation for processes and equipment
- Participate in the design of scientific research experiments under limited direction
- Work closely under the direction of scientific staff for the implementation of scientific experiments, data collection and their interpretation
- Function effectively as a team member on one or multiple projects
- Participate in writing internal/external reports and scientific documents in support of internal projects **_ Why you?_** **Basic Qualifications & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**: - Scientific degree in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, chemistry or equivalent.
- Strong background in development of bio-assays to be used to provide preclinical proof of principle of vaccine or monoclonal antibody efficacy.




- Experience with a range of immunological techniques covering Flow cytometry, Luminex, functional assays (e.g., serum bactericidal assay or opsonophagocytosis), confocal microscopy and cell culture.
- Independently execute laboratory experiments, conduct statistically supported data analysis and present results.
- Fluency in both Italian and English languages
- Sound scientific methodology, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications & Skills**: - PhD in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, chemistry or equivalent
- Being able to understand & implement processes specific to Pre-Clinical R&D; and to GSK with mínimal bureaucracy and a focus on efficiency
- Strong organizational and communications skills
