This resource will oversee the development, as well the implementation on the field, of Visual Merchandising strategies in Europe. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury-level,
- strong leadership: previous experience in managing a team of 5+ direct reports; ability to conceive and think through an organization and strong focus on inspiring and grooming talents;
- dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong ability to collaborate within a team;
- skilled in conceptual thinking with an artistic sensibility and a strong sense of visual storytelling, while also delivering tangible, flawless results in practice;
- fluent in Italian and English language is a must; knowledge of French is a plus;
- availability and willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week on average;
- strong interest and motivation, as well as potential, in embarking on a possible growth journey.



**Key responsabilities**
- Designs, proposes, and executes window displays that effectively drive foot traffic.
- develops, proposes, and installs in-store displays that spark customer interest and encourage purchases;
- establishes and implements visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to ensure consistent standards across all European markets;
- guarantees that all executions align with the brand DNA and complement collection and marketing initiatives;
- develops a monthly VM activity plan for each market, balancing global directives with local requirements;
- collaborates with cross-functional teams on key projects, including collection buying, store openings, pop-ups, and more;
- builds and leads a team of visual merchandisers, providing training and guidance. **_
