**Flexible Work Eligible**: None **DISCOVER your opportunity** **Underwriting Assistant P&C;** Milan, Italy AXA XL is the P&C; and Specialty Risk division of AXA, specialized in managing complex industrial risks. We offer insurance coverage and services for medium-sized companies and multinationals, operating in over 200 countries. You will join the Middle Office team, within AXA XL Italy Operations department, that aims to provide a high-quality service for our clients, activating and managing insurance contracts lifecycle on complex risks. Providing efficient administrative services, you will deal with brokers and large clients within an international environment with the aim of solving contractual situations and every need of our customers at national and international level. You will have the opportunity to work with all insurance departments from Underwriters, Finance and Claims, also communicating with our colleagues in other countries to manage Global Programs. **DISCOVER your opportunity** What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Ensure that administrative processes related to the complete policy lifecycle are efficiently managed from A to Z, with a high level of quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the evolution of performance through the data provided by company systems, in terms of quality, speed and customer needs. - Communicate and work in Italian and English.
