We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
To support the Logistics Project Manager to finalize the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees logistics services and organize the deployment for each village and competition venues in coordination with the Logistics Provider for Milano Cortina 2026 and internal functional areas **Key Deliverables**:
- Support for the logistics services operations for the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and National Paralympic Committees (NPCs)
- Maintain a high level of communication with the NOCs and NPCs regarding their requests
- Determine the resources to deploy for the logistics operations during pre-opening, games-time, transition and bump-out for the NOCs and NPCs operations
- Organise and develop the training content, material for the logistics volunteers at the Services Centre in each village
- Contribute for the logistics booking form development Develop the operational planning for the NOCs and NPCs containers management in the respective villages. **Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Proven experience in Olympic and Paralympic games or international events as well as a very good understanding of the logistics services provided to the NOCs and NPCs
- Very good knowledge and experience in logistics supply chain for the games
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges
- Ability to work in a dynamic ecosystem with other internal and external entities. **Desirable**
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Excellent skills with Suite MS Office
- Solution-oriented mindset
