We are currently looking for a **Communication Specialist**to join our **Communication Department**in Milan as a **maternity leave cover**. Reporting directly to the **Head of Communication**, you will contribute to shaping and executing communication strategies that amplify BWS's voice—both internally and externally. You will be a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that messages are clear, aligned with our brand tone, and effectively delivered across all channels. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, suited for someone with a proactive mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the development and implementation of BWS's group-wide communication strategy, including media relations and social media content.




- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to develop engaging communication materials.
- Write and manage content for press releases, media responses, the corporate website, publications, and internal assets.
- Coordinate communication projects from concept through execution and delivery.
- Manage relationships with journalists, media contacts, and key stakeholders.
- Gather and curate content for the editorial calendar across BWS communication and social channels.
- Monitor, measure, and report on communication performance and impact. **Requirements**: - 4-5 years of experience in communication roles (agency or corporate).
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both Italian and **English**.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Keynote.
- Team player, adaptable and proactive in dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to travel when required.
