Join our **store opening team** at our new location in **Milan** as a **Sales Associate Milan (M/F/d) | NEW OPENING** YOUR TASKS: - You build brand loyalty by creating engaging and interactive customer experiences, offering a both comprehensive and personal service through your expertise and open personality.
- As our brand ambassador, you convey the value and quality of our products through your competent support.
- You demonstrate deep brand and product expertise while keeping a keen eye on current fashion and footwear trends to stay at the forefront of this dynamic industry.
- You are confident in using our cash register system and process daily closings, exchanges or refunds precisely and responsibly.
- With skill and attention to detail, you ensure that our products are presented in an inviting way in accordance with the specified guidelines.
- You will be responsible for opening and closing of the store.
- Together with your colleagues, you will carry out general storage tasks and replenish the goods on the shop floor.
- You are aware of store targets and sales figures, actively driving KPIs. YOUR PROFILE: - Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail
- You love being in contact with people, are eager to learn and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers.
- You inspire not only your colleagues, but also our customers with your positive personality.
- Very good Italian and English skills; other languages are an advantage.
