What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Modena, Italy. This extracurricular internship is the perfect opportunity for curious and ambitious individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within an innovative and fast-paced fintech environment.
This role requires fluency in English (C2 level), as you will be working with international clients and partners on a daily basis. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing Support the sales team with administrative and secretarial tasks. Prepare reports on sales calls and meetings. Update and manage CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring timely and accurate client information. Gather documentation for client follow-ups and outreach.



Assist the marketing team with research, market investigations, and strategic analysis. Facilitate coordination between sales and marketing to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
C2-level English proficiency - you will be actively communicating with international clients.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
Interest in marketing and sales operations within a fintech context.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
