**Medov Logistics** is a high experienced Logistics provider with a group of professionals based in our offices in Genoa, Hamburg, Singapore and Miami providing Global Logistics Operations & Project Management for the maritime and cruise industry. **Position Summary**: We are looking for someone passioned about logistics and maritime/cruise industry, project management and motivated in developing/continue his/her career in an international environment as Dry Docks & Logistics Specialist. The Dry Docks & Logistics Specialist is part of the team planning, coordinating and driving logistics activities for newbuilds, vessels in dry dock, deliveries on board and special projects, ensuring that all logistics operations are accomplished according to the project scope, timelines and budget. The Dry Docks & Logistics Specialist serves as the logistics liaison for assigned vessels/projects, working with shipowners, suppliers, vendors, buyers, Superintendents and shipboard personnel, identifying cost saving opportunities/efficiencies in delivery and new revenue streams.

**Duties and Responsibilities** included but not limited to:
Attendance of dry docks, newbuilds and logistics projects on site Follow Logistical plans for dry docks, newbuilds, and special projects including timelines, schedules and consolidation points of owners’ supplies. Main point of contact for in house offices, clients, forwarders, vendors, Customs brokers, Superintendents, shipboard personnel, etc. Issuance of daily reports during the projects Attendance of daily meetings during dry docks, newbuilds and logistics projects Loading operations Support freight forwarding operations from in house offices during low dry dock season **Skills & Requirements**:
