About Us Description The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate System Administrator & Reporting Specialist to join our global Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in managing and optimizing our Real Estate data through the Archibus platform and other integrated systems. In this hybrid position, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency.

How You'll Make An Impact Administering our real estate data management system (Archibus), including defining and testing enhancements Updating training materials and playbooks to support system adoption and knowledge sharing Assisting in system integrations with SAP and other enterprise applications Creating or enhancing insightful reports, KPI and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators using data from Archibus and other sources Developing standardized performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate portfolio performance Applying statistical analysis and modeling to forecast space demand, occupancy, and rental income Collaborating with real estate teams to deliver tailored reporting and visualizations Create our strategic portfolio planning analysis Be the central pillar to share reports with the different Hitachi teams (Sustainability, BU, Hitachi Group, Communication, etc.)Acting as a liaison between Real Estate, IT, and external vendors and supporting portfolio optimization initiatives led by the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management Your Background At least 5 years of experience in data processing, analysis,
and reporting Excellent proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Share Point, Service Now, or similar platforms and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation to stay up-to-date with industry trends Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field Ideally, experience as a key user of enterprise systems and knowledge of SAPFamiliarity with real estate operations and real estate data management systems is a plus Valid EU work permit More About Us At Hitachi Energy, we are committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.
