**Main responsibilities**
- Support in recruitment and selection processes
- Assistance with onboarding and basic HR administration
- Organization and updating of HR documentation
- Support in planning training initiatives and internal programs
- Participation in daily activities related to people development and HR operations **Requisiti**: - Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Law (with a focus on labor law), or Economics
- Strong interest in people, organizations, and workplace dynamics
- Accuracy, discretion, and a team-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and communication skills **Altre informazioni**:
