All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.What youll doManage and support the daily activities of the Quality Assurance on site to achieve the quality improvement programs by taking part to the investigation of non-conformities and by researching the root causes; Focus on the process by maintaining and improving the quality management system of the plant.Quality ImprovementSupport in internal non-conformities and customers complaint investigations, by collecting inputs from Production, Product Development and Quality Control and by agreeing, after a deep root cause analysis, on corrective action plan Lead Product and Quality ReviewsSupport process optimization,
considering also inputs deriving from risk assessment (PFMEA)Manage and follow up Management of ChangeProvide quality trainings to the siteQuality Systems ManagementSupport maintenance of IATF 16949 certification in the plantSupport in the review of customer quality agreements and customer questionnaires and in the issue of PPAP Support in organizing customer audits and organize and follow up on actions deriving from internal auditsSupport in monitoring and ensuring compliance of quality system based on internal and external standardsSupport in developing and implementing external certifications (where needed)What makes you a good fitMaster's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fieldsMin. of 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (automotive sector experience in preferred) Good knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Knowledge of automotive core tools such as FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC is considered a plusFluency in EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills allowing easy interaction with interlocutors, teamwork and cross departmental workStrong sense of organization and planningResult oriented mind set & proactivity Some perks of joining HenkelGlobal wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programsGender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeksEmployee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching sharesWelfare PlatformSchool Books reimbursementFree CanteenBi-monthly company products' boxGross annual salary starting from 36.000.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
